FV MARIAN ANN; Offshore Eureka, CA. Offshore Eureka, CA. 1. At approximately 0930 PST, the F/V Marian Ann sank 20 miles NW of Eureka, CA with up to 3,000 gallons of diesel on board. A visible sheen was reported in the vicinity of the sinking at 41.1834 degrees N and 124.4834 degrees W. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 3000 GALLONS. 3.
