Dalco Passage, Tacoma, WA.
1. A mystery release occured in the evening. A tug operator reported oil on the water early the next morning before the onset of fog. The first overflight at 1300 the next day revealed an estimated 100-1000 gallons of product on the water.
2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS.
