1. A lift boat (jack-up barge) collapsed causing a vessel to sink with some diesel and hydraulic oil. A salvage plan was produced to recover the barge, though no apparant oil cleanup was undertaken (nor necessary).
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL AND HYDRAULIC FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1500 GALLONS.
