1. Unknown problem on barge carrying styrene. Barge was pushed to side of channel on the Intercoastal Waterway Mile Marker 110 in Louisiana. USCG is investigating. NO RELEASE to water at time of initial report.
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: STYRENE.
