1. USCG contacted ERD regarding a barge collision near Baton Rouge, LA. The incident resulted in the release of raffinate, a gasoline type substance. The USCG requested assistance in determinining an appropriate safety zone for response to the incident
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY:  RAFFINATE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 4200 GALLONS. TAGS: COLLISION.
