1. USCG Morgan City, LA, notified ERD of a disabled lift boat "L/B Juan" with 7,000 gallons of diesel onboard that is listing and expected to capsize. The location is approximately 30 NM south of Isle Dernieres, LA. USCG requested weather and trajectory support.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 7000 GALLONS.
