1. A 350FT PASSENGER VESSEL THAT IS AGROUND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ISLA DE MONA, 20 MILES WEST OF PUERTO RICO. THE A. REGINA IS A PASSENGER VESSEL WITH 118 PEOPLE AND 138,000 GALLONS OF IFO 40. THE FUEL IS A 40/60 MIXTURE OF #2 AND #6 FUEL OIL. COORDINATES OF THE VESSEL 1803.2N AND 675302W. USCG district 7.
2. COMMODITY: IFO 40. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 138000 GALLONS.
