1. At 0715 on July 30, 1986, Dexter Chemical Company notified the U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Strike Team in San Rafael, California, that one 55-gallon drum of ethyl acrylate had fallen off a pallet and its contents released onto the asphalt. USCG district 11.
2. COMMODITY: ETHYL ACRYLATE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 55 GALLONS.
