1. A TEXACO OIL BARGE CONTAINING APPROX. 9,000 BBLS OF BUNKER C HAS SUNK 300 YARDS OFF THE ANACORTES, WA STATE FERRY TERMINAL AT SHANNON PT. OIL HAS BEEN SIGHTED IN THE WATER. USCG district 13.
