1. On April 14, 1994, MSO Baltimore received notification from the State of Maryland that 275 gallons of #2 heating oil had drained from a residence on Kent Island into a drainage ditch that leads to Chesapeake Bay. USCG district 5. Keyword: sorbent boom, sorbent, pads.
2. COMMODITY: #2 HEATING OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 275 GALLONS.
