1. A mystery spill in the Elizabeth River, the Port of Hampton Roads, was reported to MSO Hampton Roads November 3, 1994. The mystery slick was 150 feet by 10 feet in the area of Moon Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia. USCG district 5. Keyword: sorbent boom, pompoms.
2. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL.
