1. On December 16, 1994, the USS Inchon spilled approximately 20,000 gallons of diesel fuel while refueling at the pier at Naval Base Norfolk. The Navy conducted the cleanup and removed most of the spilled material. The USCG overflights and waterside surveys showed minimal impact. USCG district 5. Keyword: none.
