T/B 106; Fort Eustis, Virginia. Fort Eustis, Virginia. 1. On January 19, 1996, the tug Triumph reported that her tow, T/B 106, had grounded with 20,000 gallons of gasoline onboard, near the James River Light #36 near Fort Eustis, Virginia. T/B 106 was subsequently refloated without causing environmental damage or pollution. USCG district 5. Keyword: none. 2. COMMODITY: GASOLINE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 20000 GALLONS. 3.
