Barge Paula Lee; Grays Harbor, WA. Grays Harbor, WA. 1. A barge carrying about 12,000 gallons of diesel fuel lost it's tow rope and went aground off Ocean Shores Washington this afternoon. The barge is 2 miles north of the jetty at the entrance to Gray's Harbor, on a sand bottom. At this time no oil is reported leaking and an attempt to pull the barge out will be made at the midnight high tide. USCG district 13. 2. COMMODITY: DIESEL.
