At approximately 0700 PDT, May 19, 2007, a 31' vessel lost 250 gallons of diesel fuel about 7.5 nm miles offshore of Tillamook Bay, Oregon. 2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 250 GALLONS. 3.
