Burton Beach, Quartermaster Harbor, WA.
1. CG notified of a sheen on Monday, June 11 at about 0930. We got called on Tuesday at 0830 by CG about oil on a stretch of Burton beach. About 1/4 mile of beach has a stain. CG thinks it is either diesel or lube oil. They have asked for an ERD person to walk the beach and do an assessment.
2. THREAT: OIL.
