1. MSO Port Arthur reports a pipeline release 5 nm offshore between the Sabine River and Galveston, TX. Amount and product reported to be 750 bbl condensate crude, API 55. A sheen of undefined dimensions has been reported on the water.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: CRUDE OIL, API GRAVITY 55. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 327600 GALLONS. TAGS: PIPELINE.
