At approximately 0115 December 11 USCG Sector Seattle notified the HDO that a fishing vessel had released 382 gallons of #2 diesel at Pier 25 in Commencement Bay at approximately 2000 on December 10. Trajectory and oil fate information was requested. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: #2 DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 382 GALLONS. 3. POSITION 47.283N 122.377W.
