1. On 4/24/08 the NOAA SSC was contacted by USCG regarding a report of a 10 x 4 mile silver sheen near South Timbalier Block 130, offshore Louisiana. A USCG overflight is pending to assess the situation. USCG requested trajectory and weather information.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: UNKNOWN OIL.
