1. The vessel was having problems earlier this morning and is now ashore. It has 8500 gallons of diesel and 2100 gallons of hydraulic oil. No spill reported.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL AND LUB OILS. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 10600 GALLONS.
