1. On the evening of 24 June 2008, the Regional NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator (SSC) was notified by Sector Mobile of two grounded barges carrying a combined total of 46,000 bbls of Vacuum Gas Oil near Dauphin Island.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: VGO. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1932000 GALLONS. TAGS: GROUNDING.
