1. USCG Sector Seattle called the NOAA SSC for technical guidance regarding a small mystery sheen observed surfacing near the Ballard Bridge. A spill response contractor hired to boom around the sheen sent divers down but could not identify any clear source.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: UNKNOWN.
