Grounded Barges, CTCO 336/358; Texas City Dike, TX. Texas City Dike, TX. 1. At the request of the USCG, the regional NOAA Scientific Support Coordinator investigated the potential oil spill trajectory for two grounded barges near Texas City Light #14 The barges CTCO 336 and 358 are each loaded with a reported 20K gallons of a light crude oil and were being pushed by the tug HENRI CENAC. 2.
