1. At approximately 2100 local time on 04 September, 2009, the HDO notified the SSC of a mystery sheen offshore of louisiana. A platform reported a rainbow sheen 6 miles by 4 miles with the leading edge at 28°48’46”N, 091°58’33”W traveling from east to west. A trajectory has been requested.
2. THREAT: OIL.
