1. AT 1500 local time on 14 December, 2009, the USCG MSU Galveston notified the NOAA SSC of the T/V Suhail Star sheening in an offshore lightering area. The vessel still contains 500,000 bbls of Arabian Crude. The USCG has requested a worst case trajectory.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: ARABIC CRUDE.
