1. SSC was notified by USCG Sector Columbia River of a mystery sheen in the Willamette River, extending from Oregon City Falls north to Milwaukie in Oregon (just south of Portland). There is not a known source, amount, or type of oil. Sheen is being reported as "grey and weathered". Sector Columbia River is looking for a trajectory of where the oil may go and guidance on what should be protected.
