Helicopter crash; Kingston, WA.
Kingston, WA.
1. On July 12, 2014, the USCG Sector Puget Sound alerted the NOAA SSC of a helicopter crash into Puget Sound just north of Kingston, WA. The helicopter had 30 gallons of aviation fuel on board, however, it is not known if there was any released.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: AVIATION FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 30 GALLONS.
