PC SEAWOLF; Friday Harbor, Washington. Friday Harbor, Washington. 1. On April 14, 2015, USCG Sector Puget Sound notified NOAA of a sunken pleasure craft that was completely submerged at its slip in Shipyard Cove Marina, Friday Harbor, Washington. The 36ft Grand Bank pleasure craft "SEAWOLF" is estimated to have approximately 400 gallons of diesel on board and is leaking. The vessel location has been boomed. 2. THREAT: OIL. TAGS: COLLISION. 3.
