Overturned Skiff; Off the Wash outer coast. Off the Wash outer coast. 1. On May 6, 2015, the USCG Sector Puget Sound notified NOAA of an overturned skiff near La Push, Wa. The vessel was heavily encrusted with marine growth and potentially from the Japan tsunami. The NOAA Marine Debris Program was notified. 2. THREAT: OTHER. COMMODITY: INVASIVE SPECIES.
