1. On May 23,2015, a 37' wooden boat sank just inside the entrance to the Columbia river with 350 gallons of diesel fuel. No spill reported.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 350 GALLONS.
