Unknown amt of oil. 1) 30x500 yds ~200 yds of Jones (Between Jone & Orcas) 2)100x200yd Neck pt & Cliff Is @ W end of Wasp Passage. 3) Scattered patches between McConnell Is and Reff Is. Strong odor of diesel, sheen & stringy grey
