Tank With 3000 Gallons of home heating oil is leaking into a storm drain which empties into Puget Sound About 2 1/2 mile South of Manchester ( Across the Sound from West Seattle, West od Blake Island) 1630 Dave Called back - Situation under control. Sheen is dissipating quickly and moving to NE (not onshore). A boom is out to prevent anymore leaking 2. THREAT: OIL. 3. POSITION 47.514N 122.498W.
