Mystery slick Pt Santa Cruz.; Santa Cruz, CA. Santa Cruz, CA. 1. Mystery slick sighted 13 miles west of Pt Santa Cruz. Slick was 2 mile long and 30 meters in lenghs. Apporximately 3000 birds were impacted. 2/6 spiller identified. Oil movied North and them impacted breaches North and South of Golden Gate 2. THREAT: OIL. 3. POSITION 36.946N 122.316W.
