1. F/V hit an oil rig on Ship Shoal, well head #32. Vessel was abandoned. Blow out was reported; brown liquid shooting 20' into the air. 0525PDT blow out preventer fired and is working. Estimated loss 15-20 barrels mixed oil and water.
2. THREAT: OIL.
