1. On March 6, 2016, at 1600 central time, MSU Texas City contacted the NOAA SSC to request analysis of expected wave and current conditions in support of operations to stabilize a sunken shrimp trawler near the south jetty of the Houston Ship Channel in Galveston, Texas.
