Beached Diesel Bladder; Jefferson, TX. Jefferson, TX. 1. On March 22, 2016, the USCG Marine Safety Unit in Port Arthur, TX, contacted the NOAA SSC regarding an app. 500gal bladder containing marine diesel that has washed up on shore in the vicinity of Sea Rim state park in the McFaddin Wildlife refuge. The bladder has a small perforation in one corner and has discharged approximately 5-15 gallons. The USCG has requested a trajectory from NOAA. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: MARINE DIESEL.
