F/V PRIVATEER; Ocean Shores, WA. Ocean Shores, WA. 1. On April 15, 2016, the Washington State Department of Ecology notified the NOAA SSC that the 75 foot fishing vessel, F/V PRIVATEER, was sinking near the mouth of Grays Harbor, WA. USCG conducted search and rescue operations and three crew members were successfully rescued off the vessel. The potential spill volume from this vessel is reported to be approximately 6,000 gallons of diesel. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 6000 GALLONS. 3.
