1. On November 29, 2016, the USCG MSU Morgan City contacted the NOAA RRO to report a discharge of approximately 10bbls from a platform located eight miles from shore. The discharge was reported as not secure but is anticipated to be secured shortly. Requested trajectory and weather.
2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 10 GALLONS.
