1. On the morning of January 6, 2017, the M/V Desert Hope discharged 52 gallons of heavy fuel (OMG-380) near Mile Marker 84, Lower Mississippi River, while refueling from a tanker barge. Source is secure. Sector New Orleans contacted NOAA SSC to request fate.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OMG-380. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 52 GALLONS.
