1. On August 14, 2017, the USCG Sector Houston Galveston contacted the NOAA RRO regarding an Marine Pollution Surveillance Report (MPSR) provided by NOAA National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NOAA/NESDIS) . Observations from AUG 13, 2017 2017 showed an anomaly (potential spill) approximately 94 nautical miles (NM) Se off the coast of Texas.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: POTENTIAL OIL.
