Derelict Vessel South of Cannon Beach, OR; 45 50.47N/12357.78W. 45 50.47N/12357.78W. 1. On December 2, 2017, the NOAA Duty Officer was notified by USCG of a vessel that washed ashore approximately 3.5 miles south of Cannon Beach, OR, in position 45-50.47N/123-57.78W. Search and rescue team deployed but no personnel found, and no boat owner identified at this point. Light sheening was observed in vicinity of vessel. Resources at Risk information requested. 2.
