1. On January 19, 2018, rainbow sheen and shoreline oiling, extending from the Astoria-Megler Bridge (Astoria, OR) to the Hammond Boat Basin (Warrenton, OR) was reported by the USCG Sector Columbia River. The sheen was first reported at 1800 PST on January 18, 2018. A Responsible Party has not yet been identified. USCG has requested Resources at Risk.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: BUNKER OIL.
