Askinuk Tank Farm Gasoline Release; Scammon Bay, AK.

1. On 24 Apr 2018, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) reported a storage tank failed, releasing 7000 gallons of gasoline. The area is frozen and covered with snow. In addition, there are reports of sheening on the nearby river.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: GASOLINE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 7000 GALLONS.
