1. On August 29, 2018 , the USCG MSU Port Arthur contacted the NOAA SSC regarding a collision of a two vessels. The incident occurred at ~ 1555CDT. The USCG is requesting a fate and trajectory.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL - NON MARINE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 13272 GALLONS.
