1. On 6 September, 2018, USCG Sector New York notified the NOAA SSC about a diesel fuel spill that ocurred at the Buckeye Terminal, Port Reading, N.J. as a result of a mechanical failuter during a barge loading operation.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 5000 GALLONS.
