M/T Monsoon; Upper Florida Keys, USA. Upper Florida Keys, USA. 1. On September 9, 2020, USCG Sector Key West notified the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary that a 750 Ft Propane was adrift off of the Upper Keys. The tanker MT Monsoon was underway with empty tanks from Belgium to Houston when it had issues with saltwater contamination of its engines, losing propulsion. Notification only 2. THREAT: CHEMICAL.
