1. On May 9, 2024, the USCG Sector Long Island Sound contacted the New England SSC regarding a mystery tall bar event. Tar balls were reported washed up on shore at Robert Moses State Park near Fire Island, NY. NYDEC is responding.
2. THREAT: OIL.
