USCG Sector Portland called to report a fishing vessel, the F/V Haeshin, was sinking off Gray's Harbor the night of January 21, with potential to release 540 gallons of diesel and 15 gallons of gasoline. Oil trajectory and fate information was requested. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL, GASOLINE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 540 GALLONS. 3. POSITION 46.905N 124.133W.
