1. On the morning of July 7th, the NOAA HAZMAT Duty Officer was notified by the USCG of a release of Ethyl Acrylate vapor from a tank failure at the Dow Chemical plant. A NOAA SSC is currently en route. At this time a lot of information is still unknown. Updates will be posted as new information presents itself.
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL.
