Sunk Tug Chickamauga; Eagle Harbor, WA. Eagle Harbor, WA. 1. USCG Sector Puget Sound contacted the NOAA SSC at approximately 1315 PDT on 2 Oct. 2013 regarding the sunken historic wood tug Chickamauga. The tug sunk at the Eagle Harbor Marina on Bainbridge Island, WA. The local fire department contained all observable sheen. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL.
